HONEY CORNBREAD

Ingredients:

4 Ears of Corn
2 Tablespoon of Good Honey
3/4 Cup of Corn Meal 
1  1/4 cup Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 Teaspoon of Salt
2 Teaspoon of Baking Soda
1/4 Cup of Melted Butter
1 Cup of Milk
1 Egg

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Slice corn kernels from ears and place in large sauce pan 
on medium high with honey.
Stir occasionally until honey melts.
Set aside.
Mix dry ingredients. In large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients. In medium bowl.
Add the honey corn.
Place in 9 X 9 dish.
Cook for 25 minutes .
